We are proud to announce that Bruce Sokol, founder of the Sokol Group, has selected Aventine Properties LLC to carry forward his legacy of excellence in property tax grievance representation.

To facilitate favorable grievance outcomes, the Sokol Group and Aventine Properties will collaborate on an ongoing basis in all client case representations including: Board Of Assessment Review (BAR) Filings, Small Claims Assessment Review (SCAR) Cases, Article 7 Proceedings and Article 78 Appeals.
